It depends on the treatment. Our doctor recommends a plan for you during your evaluation.
After each treatment we give you written aftercare instructions and go over them with you, so you know exactly what to do.

Yes. Before any treatment our doctor reviews your medical history and goes over expectations with you. For most treatments it happens the same day. If you are not sure what you need, choose Consultation when you book and we take it from there.
Most injectable appointments run about 30 minutes. Facials and head spa rituals run 30 to 90 minutes depending on which one you choose. The Aeterna Royal Experience is 90 minutes. Each treatment on our services page shows its duration.
Yes. Our team attends in both English and Spanish. Just let us know which you prefer when you book.
