Do I need a consultation first?
Every first visit includes a consultation, and for most treatments it happens the same day as the treatment itself. For injectables and medical procedures we review your history and go over expectations before we begin. If you are not sure what you need, choose Consultation when you book and we take it from there.
How long should I plan to be here?
Most injectable appointments run about 30 minutes. Facials and head spa rituals run 30 to 90 minutes depending on which one you choose. The Aeterna Royal Experience is 90 minutes. Each treatment on our services page shows its duration.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We work with financing that offers 0% APR options and no hard credit check. You can check what you qualify for on our payment plans page before your visit.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Our team attends in both English and Spanish. Just let us know which you prefer when you book.
